Goal: Students learn to consider assistive technology tools in support of learners who require accessibility accommodations in order to successfully access the curriculum.


Students will participate in a series of 4 online investigations and related discussions that center around the following themes(20 points) and Report on an Assistive Technology software tool to share with the class (15 points):

Students are assigned to get to know one publisher’s tool in depth and report to the class. Students may work alone or with a partner(s).
